Caples Awards Order/Reorders

Congratulations again on your success at the 31st John Caples International Awards. Please find your order/reorder forms below. You may only order a trophy for the placement your entry received.

  1. Select your Use of Media.
  2. Fill in your Agency name, Client name and Title of your entry.
  3. Select your shipping carrier.
  4. You MUST enter either a Fedex or UPS # - without this, we cannot ship your order.
  5. Select your quantity and click on the ADD button.
  6. Once you’ve completed your order, select “view your full cart”. * Please review the information thoroughly – we will not be responsible for any errors made in entering information.
  7. Proceed to payment using “Google Checkout”.
